For over 15 years we have been providing quality rental accommodations in Kingston, Ontario. Having rented locally when we were students attending Queen’s University, we know the value of well-maintained, safe and clean rentals. We work hard to offer high-quality student rentals at fair prices, and to cater to the unique needs of university and college students.
MacKinnon Development manages 14 premium properties in the Queen’s University District with house and apartment-style rentals, accommodating over 110 tenants. All of our rentals are located within a short walking distance to Queen’s main campus, hospitals and the downtown core. We also have an inventory of convenient parking spots in private, open-air lots with winter maintenance at competitive rates.
It’s our goal that when you sign a lease with us you get a pleasurable and hassle-free renting experience.
We provide 24/7 maintenance and immediately respond to all emergency needs. To assist us in taking care of our properties, we hire experienced professionals and contractors from our community, and we pride ourselves in putting our tenants’ needs first. Our preventative maintenance plan includes regular inspections to fix things before they become a problem, and we do our part for the environment, too. We maintain and regularly improve our rentals with energy-efficient and water-smart design features.
