24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
If the issue is urgent (eg. leaking pipe, non-working furnace) please phone us immediately at 613-531-4498.

Recycling and Garbage Pick-Up
The City of Kingston’s dual Grey Box/Blue Box system is now in effect. The new system will see residents place fibre material (like paper and cardboard) by the curb in grey boxes one week, and plastics, bottles and cans in blue boxes the next week. If you are a current tenant click on your street address below to check your recycling scedule.

Insurance
Tenants must carry their own liability coverage and property insurance for the contents of the rented space.

All of our buildings are insured with respect to liability and property damage. However, our property insurance does not cover the interior contents of the tenant’s space. Therefore, our lease requires that all tenants agree to carry their own content and liability insurance for the duration of the tenancy.
